Massage Therapies
Sometimes the body just needs to be listened to. Our skilled therapists offer a range of massage treatments, each adapted to what you need on the day - whether that's deep relief, gentle restoration or something in between. Every session is tailored, every touch intentional.

Thai Yoga Massage - A deeply therapeutic practice that blends assisted yoga stretches with rhythmic pressure along the body's energy lines. Performed fully clothed on a mat, it leaves you feeling simultaneously stretched, grounded and deeply relaxed - like yoga, but done for you.

Deep Tissue Massage - Working into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, this is the treatment to reach for when tension has truly taken hold. Ideal for chronic tightness, postural strain or the kind of soreness that a light touch just won't shift.

Lymphatic Massage - Gentle, rhythmic and profoundly calming. Lymphatic drainage supports the body's natural detoxification process, reduces puffiness and fluid retention, and leaves the system feeling quietly refreshed. Particularly beneficial after illness, surgery or periods of low movement.

Pregnancy Massage - Nurturing care for a body doing extraordinary work. Adapted specifically for pregnancy, this treatment eases the aches and tiredness that come with carrying a growing baby - offered in a safe, supportive environment with warmth and attentiveness at its heart.

Bowen Technique
Subtle, gentle and quietly powerful. The Bowen Technique uses a series of precise, light moves across muscles, tendons and connective tissue to prompt the body into its own process of release and rebalancing. There's nothing forceful about it - and yet clients are often surprised by how much shifts.

It works beautifully for pain, tension, stress and a wide range of physical complaints and is particularly well-suited for those who need a gentler approach. The body is given space to respond in its own time - and it usually does.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing practice rooted in the simple idea that when the body's energy flows freely, it has a remarkable capacity to restore itself. Through light and gentle touch, a Reiki session guides the nervous system into a state of deep rest - the kind where real healing can happen.

You don't need to hold any particular belief for Reiki to work. You simply need to be willing to slow down and receive. Our clients regularly describe leaving sessions feeling calmer, clearer and more like themselves. It is especially valued for stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and those periods of life when everything feels a little too much.

Available as a one-to-one treatment.
Reiki training is also offered through our Training Academy.

Rosen Bodywork
A deeply gentle therapy that works at the meeting point of body and emotion. Through sensitive, attentive touch and quiet conversation, Rosen Bodywork creates the conditions for the body to soften - to release the patterns of tension, armour and holding that build up over a lifetime of living.

What emerges is often a greater sense of ease, presence and connection with yourself. For those carrying something they can't quite name - grief, numbness, a sense of being stuck - Rosen can offer a way back to feeling. It is offered here in a safe, unhurried, non-judgemental space.

Somatics & Creative Movement
The body holds far more than we sometimes give it credit for - memories, patterns, emotions, stories we thought we'd moved past. Somatic and creative movement practices invite you to come back into the body with curiosity rather than criticism and to discover what it has to say when given the space to speak.

This work sits at the intersection of movement, awareness and self-expression. It doesn't require any experience of dance or exercise - only a willingness to listen inward. Whether used for emotional processing, creative exploration or simply reconnection with yourself, it can be quietly transformative.

Reflexology
Rooted in the understanding that the feet are a map of the whole body, reflexology uses careful, targeted pressure on specific reflex points to encourage balance, ease and flow throughout the body's systems. It is deeply relaxing - and more than that.

Regular reflexology is used to support sleep, ease digestive discomfort, reduce tension headaches, manage stress and help the body find its equilibrium. Sessions are personal, unhurried and genuinely restorative.

Aesthetics
Doctor-led aesthetic treatments, delivered with a gentle hand, a medical eye and a deep respect for what makes you, you. Our aesthetics practitioner, Dr Jade Dixon, specialises in advanced, evidence-based treatments that enhance your features rather than alter them - subtle, refined results that look and feel natural.

Every consultation begins with listening. Jade's approach is calm, reassuring and entirely person-centred - built around your wellbeing and confidence, not a standard treatment menu. Safety and skin health are always at the heart of her work.

Natural Facials
Skin care that nourishes as much as it treats. Our natural facials use thoughtfully chosen, kind-to-skin products to cleanse, restore and revive - without harsh chemicals or artificial fragrance. The experience is as calming as it is effective.

Each treatment is tailored to your skin and how it's feeling on the day, leaving you with a visible glow and a sense of genuine restoration. This is self-care in the truest sense - for the face and for the spirit.

Counselling
A calm, confidential space to explore whatever you're carrying - without judgement, without rush and without being told what to think or feel. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem or simply a period of life that feels overwhelming, counselling offers the rare gift of being truly heard.

Our counsellors work in a person-centred way, which means you lead. Sessions move at your pace, in the direction that matters to you.

Available for: adults (individual), couples, children and young people. Our practitioners include Kirstie Beckman (Counsellor) and Bethany Raffles (Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, BACP-registered).

Psychotherapy & EMDR
For the things that talking alone doesn't always reach. Our BACP-registered psychotherapists bring clinical expertise, warmth and a deep commitment to creating spaces where genuine healing can unfold - for adults and young people alike.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy for trauma and distressing memories. Working with the brain's natural processing ability, it helps loosen the grip of past experiences that continue to affect how you feel and function today. It is often life-changing for those who have found other approaches incomplete.

Sessions are available with Dr Jo Leather, Psychotherapist and EMDR specialist and Charlotte Clegg, BACP-registered Psychotherapist.

Physiotherapy & Physical Therapies
Whole-body, whole-person physiotherapy care, delivered by Carla and Megan (Aligned Physiotherapy) a highly experienced team dedicated to getting you moving, feeling and living well again. Whether you're managing a long-standing injury, recovering from something recent or simply trying to understand why something hurts, Aligned brings a thorough, compassionate and evidence-led approach to your care.

Specialising in recurring pain and injury, women's health, headaches and migraines, neurological conditions and vestibular rehabilitation, they work with you to understand your body and build a plan that fits your life - not just your symptoms.

Treatments include: soft tissue therapy and joint mobilisation, massage, myofascial release, cupping, acupuncture, biofeedback, K-taping, Pilates, bespoke exercise programmes and scar therapy.

Tarot
Not fortune-telling - something richer than that. Tarot at Creative Calm is offered as a tool for reflection, clarity and insight - a way of looking at what's present in your life from a different angle and finding your own meaning in what you see.

Mel Kirk brings a grounded, psychologically aware approach to her readings, shaped by a background in the corporate world and an understanding of the very real pressures of modern life. Her sessions are thoughtful, compassionate and quietly illuminating - whether you're facing a crossroads or simply seeking a moment of perspective.

Mindfulness Teacher
A trauma‑informed mindfulness teacher committed to helping people reconnect with peace, presence and purpose. Passionate about making mindfulness accessible, creates calm, inclusive spaces to slow down, breathe and return to the moment.

Weaves together breathwork, gentle mindful movement and sensory‑based meditation, offering practices that are deeply grounding and supportive to help navigate stress, seek stillness or simply explore mindfulness for the first time.
