The Yoga lady and Partners bring Kids Yoga Holiday Club to the heart of Prestwich.  We had so much fun that we have decided to run the club 10 weeks of the year! Covering half terms as well as our 4 week summer club. School Years 1 - 6. 9am - 4pm.

The days are be filled with Yoga Movement and Magic. Introducing children to Yoga suitable for their age and abilities. Promoting body positivity and learning to move in a safe and healthy way.

Crafts and mindful activities involving nature and encouraging creativity and individualism whilst being held in a nurturing and supportive space. Nature walks (in all weathers so packing wellies and suitable coats is a must!), team work, games and problem solving.

​

An introduction to breathwork meditation and Kids sound healing baths for the ultimate afternoon wind down.

The Yoga Club is be run by Hayley @TheYogaLady.mcr in Prestwich In Partnership with Bury College. Giving the mini-Yogis the full yoga camp experience, we also have an outdoor Tepee space at  St Marys Flower garden.

Very limited numbers so BOOK NOW to secure your mini-Yogi's space.  Daily booking option @ £35 per day.
 

Children will need to bring a packed lunch. Healthy fruit snacks, juice and water will be provided as well as some occasional treats (hot chocolate/marshmallows) - all with consent and allergy awareness.

Fully DBS Checked. First Aid trained. Additional adult staffing to government guidelines.
