Amanda Radiven
Brings a depth of insight and grounded understanding to her work.
Resilience in an ever‑changing world can be hard to maintain and life’s rough and tumble often leaves emotional marks that linger long after the moment has passed. Helps people with challenges such as anxiety, confidence or assertiveness issues, depression, grief, procrastination, stress and overwhelm, panic attacks, phobias or fears, OCD, challenging relationships, body image issues, and insomnia.
Using a structured coaching framework alongside NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis, works together to release negative emotions from the past, uncover and shift limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience, develop new pathways that support growth and wellbeing and move toward the life you want.

Psychological Therapist
Matthew Riley
A Consultant Psychological Therapist blending clinical skill with genuine human connection. Originally a mental health nurse, he is accredited in CBT and EMDR and is an experienced EMDR Consultant. He supports children, adolescents and adults to move beyond survival mode and create meaningful, lasting change - making complex psychological ideas feel accessible and practical.

A neurodivergent professional and parent of neurodivergent children, he brings lived insight into ADHD, autism and the challenges of navigating systems that don’t always fit. Through Restore Psychological Wellbeing Services, he helps people “re‑root” - building resilience, confidence and clarity in an empowering, achievable way.

Known for his warm, relatable approach, he believes mental health support should feel human, not clinical. His work across therapy, consultation and creative wellbeing content centres on one message: it’s okay not to be okay and meaningful support is always within reach.

Bodywork Therapist
Julie McGuinness
An experienced bodyworker with a lifelong interest in massage, movement and the healing power of touch. Her work has been deeply influenced by pioneers in therapeutic touch.

Has spent several years living and working within a Buddhist community, an experience that shaped her understanding of mindfulness and compassionate presence. Her own journey eventually led her back to the body and to her passion for movement and therapeutic touch.

Her practice has evolved into one that bridges body, mind and spirit, supporting clients through an embodied and holistic approach to wellbeing.
