Our experienced teachers and practitioners bring a full range of training programmes including 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher training, Kids Yoga Teacher Training and Sound Practitioner Training.

We also offer Reiki training in all 3 levels of Usui method of natural healing.
