This 30 hour in person Children's Yoga Teacher Training is a fully accredited inspiring course that provides you with everything needed to start teaching yoga to children.

Kids Yoga Nature Holiday Club.
Pulling on all our knowledge and experiences to be able to offer you this unique, in depth inspiring Childrens Teacher Training Course.
Suitable for anyone who works with / intends to work with children; Teachers, TAs, Youth Workers as well as Yoga Teachers ( you do not have to be a yoga teacher to attend this course, ) wanting to expand their offering.
Built on Hatha Yoga Foundation this course will enable you to teach Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness 4 years up to age 11 years ( Early Years, Key Stage 1,Key Stage 2 )
24 hours in person at Creative Calm Yoga Studio ( 2 weekends ) plus 6 hours coursework, additional reading and assessments.

By the end of the course you will;
- Be able to confidently teach Children's Yoga in a fun and engaging way.
- Have an understanding of anatomy and how Yoga benefits growing bodies.
- Explore the benefits of Yoga for Children's mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Embody classic yoga shapes and be able to deliver these in a suitable way for children.
- Competently write and deliver inspiring Children's Yoga Classes
- Understand and lead meditation and Yoga Nidra practices suitable for children at all stages.- Have a knowledge of Pranayama ( Breathwork ), its benefits and how to share this skills with children
- Have explored Yoga Philosophy and have an understanding of it's history and foundations, its importance and how to effectively share this with children
- Be able to set up as a children's yoga teacher, understanding guidance and expectation of insurances, DBS, Safeguarding overview. Marketing top tips and support.
