Our Story
Creative Calm Yoga Studio began in 2017, born from two independent yoga teachers who came together with a shared vision, to create a beautiful, nurturing space for themselves and others to teach, grow, and thrive. From the very beginning, Creative Calm was built on an altruistic business model, designed to support yoga teachers and foster a community grounded in heart, intention, and wellbeing.
Growing Into a Community
As our roots strengthened, we welcomed some of Prestwich’s finest teachers, launched our Yoga Teacher Training Academy, and offered Hatha Yoga and Meditation to a growing community seeking calm, connection, and balance.
In 2023, Creative Calm entered a new chapter with a change in ownership. This shift sparked expansion and diversification, our studio quickly became a beloved home for Pregnancy Yoga, Mamas & Babies, and the Mini Yogi Tribe. We added holistic therapies, sound baths, new classes, and new teachers, enriching the tapestry of what Creative Calm offered.
Expanding Our Space
By 2024, we grew again—opening our Creative Calm Therapy Rooms and an additional ground‑floor studio. This allowed us to bring even more wellness practices under one roof, creating a sanctuary where movement, healing, and community could flourish side by side.
Creative Calm Today
Today, Hayley leads Creative Calm independently as sole director and owner, bringing her unique energy, creativity, and passion for community into every corner of the studio.
Fast‑forward to 2026, and Creative Calm is now home to a thriving collective of independent Yoga Teachers, Practitioners, Therapists, and all‑round wonderful humans working under the Creative Calm Yoga & Therapies umbrella.
Our Kids Yoga Nature Holiday Club proudly achieved OFSTED registration and has become a cherished part of the local community.

Hourly rate options, half day and full day rental model at discounted rate. We also offer access to our booking system, website advertising, window and social media marketing.
