Fully qualified in Adult Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Hypnotherapy for Birth, Kids Yoga, Teens & Tweens and Yotism (Yoga for Autism).

Yoga Elder with decades of experience and a deeply embodied, thoughtful approach to teaching and healing.

Qualified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, Hanna Somatics Educator and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, bringing together movement, rest and nervous system support in her work.

Leads our Teacher Training Academy, offering a steady, wise presence and a depth of knowledge that supports students to grow with confidence, integrity and authenticity.

A graduate of our Yoga Teacher Training Academy, offers inclusive yoga classes for all ages, abilities and genders.

Her teaching is rooted in supporting the mind, body and spirit, with a strong belief that yoga truly is for everybody. Classes can be gently adapted using chair-based and standing postures, making yoga accessible, supportive and empowering for all.

Inspired by the calm, clarity and energy yoga brings on and off the mat. Teaches Hatha Yoga, offering welcoming, inclusive classes suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.

A movement and sound practitioner who creates deeply nourishing, thoughtfully held experiences that invite rest, reflection and renewal. Through carefully designed practices and immersive sound journeys, she offers space to slow down, reconnect and go a little deeper than the everyday.

Her sessions are welcoming, inclusive and accessible, whether you’re new to these practices or returning to them, and are always held with warmth, intention and care. Her work gently supports relaxation, nervous system regulation and a sense of community - with a few thoughtful touches along the way.

Sarah Murray
A warm, intuitive yoga teacher dedicated to creating inclusive, nurturing classes that make yoga accessible to everyone. With a passion for mindful movement and community wellbeing, she guides students through practices that build strength, calm, and connection - both on and off the mat.

Her teaching style blends gentle encouragement with thoughtful sequencing, helping students feel grounded, supported and empowered in their yoga journey. She brings creativity and heartfelt energy to every session, making her classes a welcoming space for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

Mini Yogi & Teacher
Miss Peggy
Our much-loved mini-yogi and youngest member of the team! At just 6 years old, she brings joy, giggles and a whole lot of heart to our Family Yoga sessions.

Always keen to demonstrate poses, help lead stretches and remind us all to have fun, she's proof that yoga really is for every age. She helps create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where families can move, laugh and connect together.

Yoga continues to be a constant source of support - nurturing her body, mind, spirit and emotional wellbeing.
She has been practising yoga for 30+ years and feels it's an honour and a privilege to share her experience with others, gently guiding her students to discover the many benefits yoga can bring to everyday life.

Paul Cooper
Brings a deep understanding of movement, strength and flexibility to his classes. Driven by a desire to build a strong, lean and flexible body, with a particular focus on spinal health and core strength.

Offers dynamic yet accessible classes that support strength-building, mobility and balance for all abilities. Holds men-only classes, creating inclusive and supportive spaces within the studio.

Pilates Instructor
Emma Smallwood
Believes movement should feel supportive, empowering and accessible to everyone. Her teaching centres on controlled, mindful movement, clear guidance and creating a calm, encouraging space where clients of all abilities feel at ease.

Her classes focus on building strength, improving posture and supporting overall wellbeing, helping clients move with greater confidence - whether completely new to Pilates or looking to deepen existing practice. The heart of her approach is developing a stronger connection to the body within a welcoming, supportive environment.

Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga Teacher
Emma Donohue
Passionate about helping others slow down, soften and truly rest. Her sessions offer a deeply calming space to switch off from the outside world and return to yourself, using the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra - often described as “yogic sleep” - a state of conscious rest that supports deep healing and renewal.

Her classes are accessible to all ages and abilities, with no need for flexibility, fitness or previous yoga experience. Through gentle guidance and soothing stillness, she supports clients to improve sleep, reduce stress and reconnect with inner calm.
