Our much-loved mini-yogi and youngest member of the team! At just 6 years old, she brings joy, giggles and a whole lot of heart to our Family Yoga sessions.

Always keen to demonstrate poses, help lead stretches and remind us all to have fun, she's proof that yoga really is for every age. She helps create a warm, relaxed atmosphere where families can move, laugh and connect together.

Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga Teacher
Emma Donohue
Passionate about helping others slow down, soften and truly rest. Her sessions offer a deeply calming space to switch off from the outside world and return to yourself, using the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra - often described as “yogic sleep” - a state of conscious rest that supports deep healing and renewal.

Her classes are accessible to all ages and abilities, with no need for flexibility, fitness or previous yoga experience. Through gentle guidance and soothing stillness, she supports clients to improve sleep, reduce stress and reconnect with inner calm.

Teaching since 2015, Sammy-Jo continues to deepen her understanding of yoga, pranayama and Ayurveda. Alongside her yoga, she brings over 25 years of experience as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse and senior leader, which shapes the compassionate, inclusive way she teaches. Believes yoga isn't about the perfect pose - it's about breathing well, moving mindfully and creating balance that supports your everyday life. Yoga really is for every body.

Breath & Asana - our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to influence how we feel,yet so many of us rarely give it a second thought. Sammy-Jo's workshops combine gentle, breath-led movement with practical pranayama techniques to help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system and support your overall wellbeing. Exploring posture, movement and accessible breathing techniques you can use on and off the mat. No previous yoga experience needed - just a willingness to slow down and discover the incredible power of your own breath.

Passionate about bringing self-care practices to people of all ages and believes that wellbeing should feel supportive rather than overwhelming. A trauma‑informed mindfulness teacher committed to helping people reconnect with peace, presence and purpose. Passionate about making mindfulness accessible, creates calm, inclusive spaces to slow down, breathe and return to the moment.

Weaves together breathwork, gentle mindful movement and sensory‑based meditation, offering practices that are deeply grounding and supportive to help navigate stress, seek stillness or simply explore mindfulness for the first time.

Megan Logan
A certified Breathwork Facilitator, passionate about creating calm, nurturing spaces where people can pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

Drawing on her background in education and wellbeing, Meg combines conscious connected breathwork with mindfulness practices to support greater self-awareness, balance and presence. She believes that even in the midst of busy lives, we all deserve moments to slow down, tune in and find our way back to ourselves.

Her sessions are gentle, accessible and welcoming to everyone, whether you're discovering breathwork for the first time or looking to deepen an existing practice. With warmth, compassion and curiosity, she holds space for each person’s unique experience, offering an opportunity to rest, reflect and reconnect through the transformative power of the breath.

A graduate of our Yoga Teacher Training Academy, offers inclusive yoga classes for all ages, abilities and genders.

Her teaching is rooted in supporting the mind, body and spirit, with a strong belief that yoga truly is for everybody. Classes can be gently adapted using chair-based and standing postures, making yoga accessible, supportive and empowering for all.
