Reiki Level 1 — Shoden 1‑day course · £150 This one‑day training introduces you to the history, principles, and foundational practices of the Usui Reiki Healing System. Throughout the day, you will receive your attunements and learn the core hand positions used for self‑healing and supporting others. It’s a beautifully full day of learning, meditation, self‑practice, and hands‑on experience. At the end of the course, you will receive your Level 1 certificate, qualification, and your Reiki manual and guide. Groups are kept intentionally small to ensure a calm, supportive environment where we can work closely together. You will have my full support throughout the day and as you continue your journey afterwards. Lunch is provided, and all props and materials are included — you simply need to bring yourself.
