Service Description

You will begin slowly, gradually building into mindful movement and yoga practices before finishing with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra. This nourishing 2 hour session may help you: ✨ improve mobility & flexibility ✨ ease tension & back discomfort ✨ build gentle core strength ✨ support posture & balance ✨ calm the nervous system ✨ reduce stress & overwhelm ✨ improve sleep & relaxation ✨ reconnect with your body in a kinder way ✨ feel supported through community & shared experience And of course there’ll be homemade flapjack and time to connect afterwards This is not about pushing through. It’s about moving kindly, resting deeply, and reconnecting with yourself. With over 20 years teaching experience, I bring warmth, humour, and a deeply supportive approach to every session.
