Health • Regulation • Inner Steadiness And Calm As both a Senior Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse, I witness daily how breath impacts our health. Stress, shallow breathing and tension ripple through the nervous system, affecting mood, sleep, digestion and overall wellbeing. But breathwork and pranyama can change everything. Drawing on research from my yoga lineage - Kaivalyadham, one of the world’s leading yoga research centres, we know that breath and pranyama practices: ✔ reduce stress ✔ increase vagal tone ✔ support emotional regulation ✔ improve sleep quality ✔ calm the mind and steady the body In these workshops we explore through the practice: ✨ breath physiology ✨ simple breath awareness ✨ how to open the body through gentle breath-led asana to breath more effectively ✨ pranayama to support stress reduction, focus and wellbeing ✨ grounding rest and regulation Whether you're new to breathwork or ready to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a grounded, evidence-informed approach to the healing potential of the breath.
