Service Description

The first one of the year and we plan to start with a bang! The Yoga Lady and Team are back with this fabulous outdoors based Kids Yoga Holiday Club! As we emerge from our hibernation of winter and start to notice the first signs of Spring energy levels increase with a sense of new beginnings. Spring brings with it a sense of excitement and anticipation of the summer ahead. Embracing and encouraging the innate exploration and curiosity of our mini yogis. This club will be a chance for kids to connect to nature each other and themselves through the medium of yoga. Yoga club is SO MUCH MORE than the practice on the mat, ( which is loads of fun FYI ) I am passionate about allowing kids to simply be kids. Playing in nature, nurturing their imagination and innate curiosity, encouraging creativity, friendship and teamwork. Based out of the main Yoga Studio as well as setting up a teepee ( or 2 ) space in St Mary’s Flower Gardens. We will be exploring nature and be outdoors whatever the weather so waterproofs and wellies a must! Hey we may even get snow!!! Expect Yoga, Breathwork, and an introduction to meditation. Crafts, free play, mud kitchen, mud painting, den building, welly walks, barefoot adventures, camp fires, singing, sound baths, tree climbing, friendship, teamwork, connection, laughter, love and fun. Fully qualified in Yoga and childcare, first aid trained team, over government guideline staff ratio. Enhanced DBS checks of all team members. Teachers, Early Years professionals, Counsellors, Social work backgrounds make up just some of the skill sets and experiences of the Yoga Lady team. Very limited spaces as I am only running one week so booking is a must! 9am-4pm £35 per day per child. Year 1-Year 6 Children have to have hit the Sept post their 5th Birthday to attend. We have opened up booking to the older ones with opportunity for them to get involved with camping, nature crafts, team work, Yoga & crafting.
