Join Mindfulness Teacher David Gardner and step into a supportive, guided journey that helps you cultivate calm, clarity and balance in your everyday life. Over 8 weeks, we’ll explore practical mindfulness techniques drawn from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), designed to help you: reduce stress and overthinking, build resilience and emotional balance, connect more deeply with the present moment, develop a compassionate relationship with yourself. Each week combines gentle guided meditations, reflective exercises and practical tools you can integrate into daily life. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and find peace amidst the busyness of life.
