Studio Owner & Teacher.
Aka The Yoga Lady
Hatha Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner & Doula.
Qualified in Adult Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga & hypnotherapy for Birth. Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Teens & Tweens. Yotism ( Yoga for Autism )
Leader of The Kids Yoga Holiday club.
​Yoga for me is a way of life, practicing on and off the mat.
I have tonnes of energy, vibrating at a high frequency with a passion to hold space for others through Yoga and Reiki.
Yoga really is for everyBODY and I strive to create accessible classes for all.
After all yoga isn't about how it looks, it's about what you feel on the inside!

Karen Hadgett
Studio Owner & Teacher
Karen caught the yoga bug in 1995 She couldn’t believe how stretched and calm she felt after her first class
Karen trained as a yoga teacher with Brian Cooper, studying Ashtanga with Iyengar influenced alignment and other traditional yoga practices, graduating in 2006.
Karen has been a yoga geek for many years, attending workshops & trainings with a variety of highly respected teachers. She then spends time at home furthering her studies, so that she can pass on all that she has learnt. Karen is also a qualified Hanna Somatics Educator & a Yoga Nidra Facilitator.
Karen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge heading up our Teacher Training Academy.

Justine Boardman
Yoga Teacher.
Justine has been practising Yoga for 30 years. She was introduced to yoga by a teaching colleague and can still remember that blissful feeling of 'stretch and relax' that she experienced in her first class.

Rachel Livesey
Yoga Teacher.
I have practiced yoga for almost 20 years and have often shared yoga sessions with the children I’ve taught in both in mainstream and SEND schools. In 2023 I decided it was time to leave my assistant head role and classroom teaching to combine my love of yoga and my passion for working with SEND children.
I completed my SEN yoga and wellbeing course with BEAM academy and was then very fortunate to spend some time in Sri Lanka with Middle Path Movement Yoga School completing my 200hr training in the most incredible setting.
I offer Hatha Flow classes at the studio as well as working alongside The Yoga Lady for the Kids Holiday Club.

Paul Cooper
Yoga & Pilates Teacher

A Yoga Teacher for 15 years and a Pilates instructor for 21 years.
My interest in pilates first came to came to light when I joined a gym in 2001. I wasn’t interested in bulking up with huge free weights but I wanted a very strong lean body with the flexibility to match so pilates fitted the bill, but I noted the emphasis on the importance on a strong spine/core (abdominal) strength.
Trained in Ashtanga Yoga in 2009.
I bring a unique range of strength building & flexibility increasing classes suitable for all abilities to the studio.
As well as holding the men only classes and spaces. ​

Dave Gardner
David (DG Mindfulness) is a trauma-informed mindfulness teacher who is dedicated to helping people reconnect with peace, presence and purpose. With a heartfelt passion for bringing mindfulness into the community, David creates calm and inclusive spaces where people from all walks of life can slow down, breathe and tune into the moment with classes for beginners and beyond.
Blending breathwork, gentle mindful movement and sensory-based meditation, his sessions are deeply grounding and accessible to all. Whether you're navigating stress, seeking stillness or simply curious about mindfulness, David’s approach gently supports you right where you are.

Rachel Mellish
Sound Practitioner & Therapist
I am a Reiki Master, have a love for crystals and have trained as a Sound Healer. I am passionate about helping others and see the value making self care techniques available to everyone including children.
My goal is to bring holistic therapy and treatments to more communities and groups to allow more people the opportunity to find what self care practises work for them. This has enabled me to work with schools, businesses, mum and baby groups and charities.

Martyn Cawthorne
Gong Practitioner & Sound Healer.
I’m a fully qualified and deeply committed gong practitioner/sound healer, having graduated from the College Of Sound Healing (the full one year training course).
I love to play for people and to be a channel for healing energy. I have found that the work
with gongs is exceptionally well-received in terms of relaxation, revitalisation, blockage/toxin release and sheer pleasure.
I have been playing instruments for most of my life. I’ve been meditating and attending retreats for over twenty-five years. I’m driven by a passion for entering the creative flow and joining with others in the spaces thereby created. My dearest loves are sound, silence and sharing.

Sarah Burns
Massage & Holistic Therapist
A holistic therapist for over 15 years, providing a wide range of Massage treatments, such as deep tissue, pregnancy and lymphatic drainage. I also provide Reflexology, Bowen Technique and Natural Facials.

Lindsey Rogers
Yoga Teacher
Qualified 500hr Hatha Yoga Teacher, Pre & Post natal Yoga, Baby Yoga & massage, Children's Yoga, Reiki, Crystal Healing & Indian Head Massage.
My classes are accessible for all students which are focused on breath awareness, and how the combination of mind body and breath work in unity.

I have over 18 years multi diverse experience in people development.
I help women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, lost and stuck to get unstuck, feel capable, and live the life they desire.

Donna McCafferey
I offer Reiki, I’m a Reiki Master, Crystal healing, Reflexology TRE and therapeutic yoga, menopause yoga.
I’m a certified TRE provider. TRE stands for Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, a revolutionary new method to release stored tension from the body by shaking.

I undertook extensive training for 18 months to be a certified TRE provider, and am currently training to be an advanced practitioner. I hold a safe space for you to feel fully comfortable to be able to release.
I also offer one to one therapeutic yoga , menopause yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.

Louise Brooks
I’ve been in the fitness world since I was 18, teaching everything from aerobics to strength training—but it was yoga that truly stole my heart. I’ve been practicing for over 25 years now, and I’m still amazed by the calm, clarity, and energy it brings into my life (and hopefully yours too!).
I teach Hatha yoga at the beautiful Creative Calm yoga studio, where I’m lucky enough to share my love of yoga with the most welcoming and down-to-earth bunch of people. My classes are open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re always welcome.
For me, yoga is about so much more than movement—it’s about taking time out, tuning in, and leaving class feeling just a little bit lighter and brighter. Hope to see you on the mat sometime soon!
