Yoga is about taking the time out to connect with yourself on the mat. It's your practice after all.
Our highly skilled teachers adapt classes to suit you. Allowing you to go at your own pace, listen to your body and move in a way that works best.
Yoga can be as gentle or as strong as you want it to be. It builds strength & flexibility, aids sleep, promotes inner calm, improves the symptoms of anxiety, depression & stress.

Offering a traditional yoga style, the studios foundation is Hatha Yoga. We are fundamentally built from the roots of this ancient practice and we strive to honour and respect this.
Pranayama (breathwork) Asana (physical movement) and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) make up the components of our authentic style of classes.
The teachers at the studio are yogis on and off the mat with a wealth of experience and knowledge of Yoga philosophies & history.
Often described as a work in not a work out. We have a full schedule of classes from absolute beginners, to those returning to their practice, regular yogis and everything in between.
