YOGA &

MINDFULNESS

We start each day with fun, high-energy yoga movement suitable for everyone's age and abilities. Mini yogis learn to move in a safe and healthy way.

We include an afternoon wind down of breathwork, meditation and sound baths, encouraging gentle techniques for self-regulation.

NATURE &

FOREST SCHOOL

Our outdoor forest school experience includes activities such as den building, tree climbing, barefoot walking, fire building, nature crafts, mud kitchen & so much more.

Based out of St. Mary's Flower Park, we are outside in all weathers so wellies & coats are a must!

FREEDOM &

IMAGINATION

Every day is different at Kids Club with themed activities changing daily and regular opportunities for free play.

Our nurturing and supportive environment encourages individual expression and creativity as well as community spirit and lasting friendships.

WE ARE AN OFSTED-REGISTERED KIDS CLUB & FOREST SCHOOL

DBS

All Creative Calm Kids staff and volunteers are enhanced DBS checked.

SAFEGUARDING

Our designated safeguarding lead is Hayley Simpson. View our safeguarding policy for more information.

RISK ASSESSMENT

We complete thorough risk assessments prior to each club as well as daily site checks.

FIRST AID

We have designated staff on site who are first aid trained including first aid for children.

TOILET FACILITIES

We have indoor toilet and hygiene facilities available at any time during the day.

STAFF TO CHILD RATIO

Our staff member to child ratio is 1:6 as well as additional volunteers on site.

SEND STATEMENT

We aim to make Kids Club as accessible as possible. Our staff members bring a wealth of experience working with children including EYFS and SEN specialisation, a headteacher, primary school teachers, social workers and forest school practitioners.

Due to our staff to child ratio we are unable to offer one-to-one support, so your child must be able to participate independently within a group setting.
