Service Description
Introducing children to this ancient practice of yoga through storytelling, movement, song and dance. Children are natural yogis, lets encourage them to keep this sacred connection to their bodies and hearts. They will begin to learn breathwork, yoga shapes and relaxation techniques. Mindfulness is such a buzz word at present, here they begin to understand how to practice mindfulness and its benefits to every day life. It is a high energy class full of fun, team work and laughter. Very limited spaces in the studio as I keep the circle small so I can give the mini yogis the attention they deserve so booking is a must. Single class option or book 6 at a discounted rate. I look forward to meeting your mini yogis soon! All welcome. Hayley is a Kids Yoga teacher, DBS checked, fully insured, first aid trained.
