Service Description
Take an hour for yourself to rejuvenate, release and take in the calm and restorative sound and vibrations from the crystal bowls, chimes, drums and more. Join Rachel @rachswellnessloft and allow the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls to wash over you, cleansing and resetting your nervous system and allowing the ultimate feeling of relaxation. This experience is open to anyone, beginners are always welcome. On the day make sure to wear something comfy, and bring a blanket and pillow / cushion for ultimate comfort and warmth. Places are limited and need to be booked in advance.
