Join Jo at @CrystalClearSoundTherapy for a 60-minute immersive Soundbath to begin your weekend calm, grounded and restored. Starting with a grounding meditation, you'll settle down to bathe in the sounds and vibrations produced by Crystal and Himalayan bowls and various other instruments.
