Join Hayley aka The Yoga Lady for a magical journey into Yoga land. This high energy class is suitable for 4years +. Introducing children to all the benefits of yoga through the medium of story telling.
Breath work, Meditation, Mindfulness and Movement proven to build strength and improve flexibility. Reduces the sypmtoms of stress and anxiety giving our children the toolkit to manage #skillsforlife

These fun filled family yoga classes are all about connection, love and laughter with your loved ones.
Suitable for everyone. Beginners abilities.
So if your mini yogi has been sharing their yoga practice, or your desperate to learn the 'banana' song for yourself this is the class for you.
£8 per person. Under 4s are free. Babes in arms welcome.
