Our relaxing yoga sessions are designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension and guide you towards that delicious feeling of “ahhh” at the end of your day.


Some of our favourite techniques include:


🕊️ Breath Awareness (Pranayama) – gentle breathing practices that instantly soothe the body and quieten the mind

🌿 Restorative & Gentle Asanas – poses such as Child’s Pose, Legs-Up-the-Wall and Reclining Butterfly help your body soften and release

Mindful Movement – flowing slowly, with intention and awareness, brings balance and ease to both body and mind

💫 Guided Meditation & Yoga Nidra – deep, guided rest that restores energy and supports emotional wellbeing


Each session in the studio is crafted to bring you back to balance — a place to rest, breathe and simply be.

If you can’t make it to the studio, we offer online yoga sessions with our wonderful Yoga Elder Karen and if you crave that sense of community and guided connection, we’d love to welcome you to one of our Relaxation or Gentle Flow classes — nurturing, heart-centred sessions designed to restore your inner calm.
