SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Relax, release and restore with a soothing Soundbath designed to settle the mind, ease tension and support deep rest. Immerse yourself in the calming sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and gentle therapeutic instruments in a peaceful, grounding space. After the Soundbath, you’re welcome to stay for an optional 15–30 minute chat and consultation, offering a friendly space to explore practices or items that may further support your wellbeing.
