Indulge in an extended yoga & mindfulness session with yoga teacher Karen Hadgett & mindfulness teacher Bridget Fitzpatrick.
We all have the keys to unlock our inner strength, then we can shine our beautiful light.
Karen will be exploring ways of building upon the inner strength you have within your body. She will focus on joint strength, mobility & flexibility. We will also be exploring inner support from our organs to 'organ-ise' yourself which will increase ease and decrease tension in our bodies & minds. Ahh....
Explore some of the ideas behind mindfulness to give you tools to cope better with everyday life.
The workshop is open to anyone who wishes to experience the effects of an extended yoga & mindfulness practise.
A light lunch will be provided to keep you nourished.
