Yin yoga fits in perfectly with the fast hectic pace of life that we tend to find ourselves in these days. Postures are held for longer with mindful awareness to what you are feeling. This slow-paced practise complements the resting nature of winter, giving us a chance to slow down & smell the coffee....de-caf of course :)
Yoga nidra at the end will allow you to rest deeply & recharge your batteries.
The workshop is open to anyone who wishes to experience the amazing effects of an extended yoga practise.
