Happy Hips Workshop with Karen Sat 22 June 10-1 pm
Stand Your Ground
Karen creates her workshops around her interests in movement, strength, stability & sustainability. She looks into creating ways for you to move that are respectful of your boundaries, to make it a personal practice. This workshop will focus on movements to keep the hips mobile. Yoga poses will add strength to assist in stability.
Yoga nidra at the end will allow you to rest deeply & recharge your batteries.
The workshop is open to anyone who wishes to experience the amazing effects of an extended yoga practice.
