Beginners Yoga Course-6 Weeks Mon 18 Feb - 25 March 10.15-11.30am
This 6 week course is aimed at those with no/little experience of yoga. You will be taught how your body moves, how to move with breath awareness & how to breathe fully. Relaxation at the end of the class will help you to unwind.
There will be a specially chosen limited selection of asanas (yoga postures) so you can learn the basics. This will make you feel more confident to continue your practice either with Karen, or with another teacher of your choice.
