Restful Iyengar with Rachel Thursday 13 Feb 7:30 – 9:00pm
An extended gentle Iyengar class to get you through that final stretch of winter and prepare for spring. This restful sequence will be aimed at supporting the immune system with some supported inversions, as well as alleviating fatigue and calming the nervous system. Beneficial to everyone one but especially if you are suffering from tiredness, anxiety or a weakened immune system.
