Teacher- Justine Boardman
Justine teaches a gentle, flowing style of Hatha yoga. Her class encourages students to connect with their breath and the moment. Justine will move you through a series of postures designed to stretch, strengthen and relax the body. This will also calm and still the mind. Her class promotes the beauty and health giving properties of Yoga. It is accessible to all bodies and minds, also suitable for complete beginners to experienced yogis. Justine teaching style can be adapted to suit the individual.
The message throughout is that yoga is not about how you look, it’s about how it makes you feel!
