Winter Wellbeing: Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
At this special pop-up class Ellen will guide a yoga flow, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation designed to support our health and wellbeing in Winter. Throughout the session she will share how and why these practices can help us, so you’ll leave with some practical tools you can use to help yourself feel healthy and well throughout the Winter months. This session will draw on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Ayurveda takes a completely holistic approach to health and wellbeing, and seasonal living is key to maintaining balance and harmony within the mind-body.
