Iyengar Yoga focuses on alignment as well as the use of props to enable all bodies to access the poses. Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, we'll work on standing poses as well as twists, backbends, forward extensions and inversions; enabling all students to experience the joys and health benefits of yoga!
