Join Rachel in an energizing morning practice to get you through hump day! In this 7 week course we'll begin with learning the safe, fundamental alignment of the key poses in the sun salutation sequence. Inspired by Geeta Iyengar's love of jumping we'll further develop our practice in a flowing class which will help you to gain strength, stability and focus.
