Baby Yoga - 6 week course Tuesdays 11am to 12 noon - 3rd September to 8th October
Come and join Janine, along with your babies to enjoy a lovely hour of parent and baby yoga with baby massage.
Take some time together with your baby to enjoy gentle exercises, songs and games to help relax, strengthen and rejuvenate. The classes are also a really lovely way to meet other new parents. The sessions are popular so book soon to avoid missing a space.
Please bring some oil to use on baby (if you want to - dry massage is ok too) either Rapeseed, Coconut or Olive Oil, but patch test first.
