Pregnancy Yoga 6 week course - Mondays at 6.30 - 7.40pm - 2nd September to 7th October
Come and enjoy this relaxing Pregnancy yoga class, learn how to prepare for birth, breathing techniques and hypnotherapy for birth and beyond. Yoga also helps with many ailments and can help with stress and anxiety.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one, a pillow and a blanket.
