Yoga and Mindfulness with Janine
Come and join us for this nourishing mixed ability class suitable for all levels. The class builds and unfolds enabling you to gradually build strength and a sense of mindfulness, exploring a range of flowing and static Hatha postures, followed by a deep nourishing Yoga Nidra relaxation which is proven to help relieve stress levels, build focus and promote healthy sleep patterns.
Due to popularity, the class is bookable by course.
