This class allows you to explore movement as meditation. With a specific focus every 4-6 weeks we have time to really explore it, and see it unfold.
The class blends Somatic movement to help us get into areas of the body we may have lost connection with, and gentle flowing Hatha Yoga with some longer holds
Breathwork and a long relaxation time at the end of class support us in connecting to a feeling of inner peace.
Classes are planned in tune with the Seasons, offering movement and breath practices to help us find balance in the body for the current time of year.
