Summer Seasonal Yoga & Ayurveda Workshop with Ellen Carr Sunday 23rd June 2pm - 5pm
Prepare your mind and body for the season of Summer. This playful, creative and experiential workshop will explore Ayurvedic seasonal living theory in a practical way, supporting you in applying it to your day-to-day life.
Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga and can be translated as "the art of living well" or "the science of life". Seasonal living is a big part of Ayurvedic teachings. During the afternoon we will explore these teachings together. You will be supported in coming up with small, practical changes you can apply to your daily life to help you feel in harmony with the season of Summer.
Expect seasonal yoga, an exploration of food and drink to help us feel balanced this season (including tasty snacks!) and journaling and creative exercises to further explore Ayurvedic theory around Summer seasonal living. This workshop is open to all levels, including beginners and all participants will be emailed a PDF guidebook to continue their journey and explorations after the session.
