Come and join this relaxing Pregnancy Yoga class, learn how to prepare for birth, breathing techniques for birth and beyond. Yoga also helps with many ailments and can help with stress and anxiety. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and birthing ball, if you have these, a pillow and a blanket.
