Wild & Well is a nourishing & restorative workshop specifically tailored for Women’s Wellness.
Weaving together empowering education for women in all stages of the menstrual & life cycle, you’ll learn ways to listen to the wisdom of your body & create lasting self-care practice to come into harmony on and off the yoga mat.
The workshop also includes:
Re-education: Understand the main factors for hormone imbalances & how to come back into full body/mind harmony using elemental patterns & rhythms.
Restorative Hormone balancing Yoga : A gentle yoga therapy practice that promotes the flow of blood & chi into the specific endocrine glands & organs that play a key role in hormonal balance. Whilst simultaneously reconnecting us to the more feminine aspects of our 'being' nature, inherent in embodying, feeling, sensing & intuiting on the mat. (& serving as the perfect Winter practice to decompress and reset!)
Self-massage: Reacquainting yourself to your physical body using touch and massage balls. Taking the time to discover how you feel in the moment, learning the benefits of touch and using massage as a mindfulness practice. We will invite you to show yourself ultimate self-care using take home techniques to make you feel good as well as target and tackle sore spots.
Yoni Nidra: Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental & emotional relaxation & restoration. This practice has been specifically created for self enquiry, healing & celebration of the wild feminine terrain to honour & celebrates our sexual, reproductive health & wellbeing
Yoga Nidra is useful in:
· Combating anxiety, fear and depression
· Decreasing stress
· Improving sleep and decreases insomnia
· Helping with pain management
· Heighten energy levels – it is said that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep!

Emma Lowe founder of Essential Nature Yoga is a Yoga Alliance USA registered Yoga Teacher. Having trained with the School of Sacred Arts in Bali and Peru and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in Total Yoga Nidra. Emma has gone on to take further studies with Tina's Nance's (Tina Nance Yoga Therapy) Embodied Feminine Awakening Programme; specialising in Women's Health and Mind, Body & Spiritual wellbeing. Emma is passionate about holding safe and sacred space for women to reconnect to themselves and the elemental patterns and rhythms of life in profound and transformational ways, empowering you to create lasting self care practice and connect to your feminine power.
Polly Fowler owner of Polly Yoga & Massage is a member and insured by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. As well as training alongside Emma in Bali with the School of Sacred Arts Polly has been offering therapeutic intuitive massage in Manchester for the last four years. Her training in different massage techniques (Deep Tissue massage, Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, Myofascial release, Natural lift facial massage, Watpo Thai Massage and Pregnancy Massage) has assisted Polly on her holistic path alongside teaching Yoga to find the space to guide clients into their bodies and encourage a more mindful approach to their daily lives. Massage isn’t a luxury it’s a choice!
