Service Description

This class is gentle and restorative in nature, an offer of a sanctuary from the busy-ness and noise of daily life. The long held pauses will support you to rest, recover, release tension, improve flexibility and cultivate a sense of inner peace and resilience. It is perfect for stress relief. This class will focus on longer held supported poses using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to ensure comfort, ease and support you to relax more deeply. You will leave feeling rested, energised and restored.
